POWERLESS was released as a digital single in Japan on October 31st, 2012. The release featured one track in the form of the studio version of POWERLESS and was only available through iTunes Japan.

There was no promotion or official mention of the release of the digital single and the only publicity the track recieved was through an unrelated promotional tie-in music video with the movie Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter in June of 2012. There is no official video for POWERLESS as of the singles release.
