Well, we need to say something so we're not 'spamming'.

 

Regarding the whole use of "gay" and "r*tarded", are you allowed to use those words in their proper meaning? Such as talking about a gay person or somebody who is mentally r*tarded. The way I understand the rule is you're not allowed to call somebody those words to slag them off, am I right?

Or are you not allowed to use them at all?
