Blink are fun at times, but I wholeheartedly agree. No competition imo. Just listen to Chuck. I love Dave's Metal riffing. It's a great addition to their signature Pop Punk sound. His guitar playing is fantastic in general. I'm glad he's back.
Trap is one of the best things to happen to hip hop 2000s rap> 90s rap Mike Shinoda is a solid rapper.
The first minute of Run the Jewels by Run the Jewels off debut album Run the Jewels is better than the entirety of the album Yeezus and it isn't even close.
Not sure if this is truly an unpopular opinion, but 70s music is slowly driving me crazy and makes me want to quit my job. Besides a handful of songs, it's just garbage.
The Beatles are massively overrated. I still have to listen to many albums, but after giving a shot at Sgt Peppers it's not likely that I'll do it soon (don't know if I chose a wrong album to get into them). There's nothing that really amuses me on that album, neither instrumentation nor vocal performances, not even lyrics and most of it seems very cheesy, even though I eneded up liking Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds. I respect that they were a very influential band that helped to define music in every way and have a huge fanbase, but in terms of quality as a band my expectations for the other albums are very low.
