Your Unpopular Opinions In Music

Dubstep can be great if people really care to make their own style and voice in the genre. Otherwise, it's a really bad genre most of the time.

I sometimes think this but am afraid to say it lol

 

This isn't an unpopular opinion though.

My unpopular opinion: Radiohead is not a good band.

 

The Who and Rolling Stones made better albums than the Beatles.

 

Tom DeLonge is the greatest musician of all time.

 

Trap rappers are talented more than most people give them credit for.

 

Electronic music is some of the worst things happend to the music industry.

 

To go along with this:

Chief Keef never fell off.

 

Linkin Park is more underrated than overrated.

 

Metalcore is my favorite kind of metal.

 

I prefer New Order to Joy Divison.

 

"Closer" and "All We Know" by the Chainsmokers are great, catchy songs.

(The Chainsmokers still blow though)

I still don't buy into the ridiculous Twenty One Pilots hype. A white dude from Columbus doing that cliche half-singing/half-rapping thing in a fake islander accent that literally makes him sound like someone pitched Rihanna's voice down a couple steps is something that can only be cringeworthy.

But hey, TO DE GUD ULD DAYZ, amirite?

 

Chvrches is overrated

 

Devin Townsend is better than 98% of the metal musicians. The guy is criminally underrated.
