Christian Rock is great music.

 

For sure, at least the bands I know best from the genre, Skillet and Creed, certainly have some great songs.

 

I find Green Day to be pretty boring and kinda generic.

 

From Green Day I only like the most famous songs, don´t know much of the rest of their work.

Live setlists of a Rock Show should always have energy.

Well if blink-182 is playing a setlist of only The Rock Show the crowd will only be energized for so long.

 

I don't mean the entire set list has to be full of high energy songs.

I just mean that the overall setlists should have energy.

Honestly the only older bands I pay attention to are Pink Floyd and The Cranberries, all the others have 1 or 2 good songs in my view.

 

I'll add to the topic of Metallica.

Metallica has no good songs and is a joke of a metal band.

Well, Master of Puppets is the best Metal album of all time imo. At least early Metallica is Thrash Metal perfection.
