But poppy or not, his job is to produce records and get recognition for doing so. Just like a mechanic, the only way your gonna continue getting business is if you keep doing a good job. Well this is Don job and obviously by the amount of artists that get him to produce an album he is obviously a good producer, there is no denying that. He making a living just like the next guy.

Well, in Hip-Hop, the producer creates the beat of the song. In Rock, the producer basically oversees everything and is control of everything along with the band.
