If you have XP you can download WindowsBlinds, if you have a "Classic" version of Windows you might have to search around for awhile. Mess with the appearance settings in your display properties, then you can customize slightly.

Its better to get Style XP, you can get loads of different theme toobars and colours. If you download it off the site here and get the trial version for new users.
Then you need a registration crack code thing. Just download it here then unzip it and open it and type in your code so it makes a code for the one you have and then you can have it forever yay.
