Funny, heavy, beautiful, but above all, really fucking weird

 

Imo two extremely underrated metal gems! (sadly, those were the only two albums they released...)

 

Most beautiful album I've heard in a long time. So beautiful, I could cry.
Highly recommend this if you're looking for something moody and haunting.

Do you like Megadeth but hate the pathetic excuse for music they've been releasing. Or were horrified at his attempt to play classical music. Or maybe you just hate it when he opens his stupid fucking mouth. Well try Havok! All the badassery and talent without the bullshit!

Yep I agree, that's also my fave Killswitch record! The chorus in Self Revolution always gets me!



Totally forgot about this mind blowing album!
That was Tim Mc Ilrath's side project during the early days of Rise Against! The music is actually way heavier than Rise Against, leaning more towards a Hardcore/Metalcore side. I wish they'd do another album one day! :/
