    Well, my name is Arlene.

My name was going to be Lily Anne (nickname=Lil Lil..ugh) but my grandmother downright forbade it. So I actually did come home from the hospital as "Baby Girl." Then my parents finally settled on Arlene Joy.

Apparently my grandfather came up with Dean - as inspired by Dean Martin, heh. My middle names are Toby and George. My surname is Smith.
People always call me anything you can derive from my names other than Dean anyway. Deano, Smudge and so on, as well as slightly more inventive ones like Ronaldeanho.

For some reason I really like the name Chino

    CHRISTOPHER
    Gender: Masculine

    Usage: English

    Pronounced: KRIS-to-fur [key]

Means "bearing Christ", derived from Late Greek Χριστος (Christos) combined with φερω (phero) "to bear, to carry". Christopher was the legendary saint who carried the young Jesus across a river. He is the patron saint of travellers. Another famous bearer was Christopher Columbus, the explorer who reached the West Indies in the 15th century.

(LOL!...I like my name even more now...except for that...bearing christ thing...but...Christopher, the bearer!...that sounds cool!)
