Me and my friends were having a debate about this the other day. What key is typed the most: The space bar, the backspace key, or "W"? Or am I missing another key? Post your thoughts on which key you think is typed most. I couldn't find any information on it.
For the average computer user, I'm going to say W, followed by space bar, then backspace. It really depends on the user, really. If you're one of those people who just types URLs and clicks on stuff, then the space bar is completely neglected. If you're a good typist, you wouldn't need to hit backspace that much. Basically you're hitting W three times, plus however many times it's in the rest of the address. Then there's us who type on forums, who use the space bar a hell of a lot. Or secretaries who are constantly typing. It's really an intriguing question.
I'm guessing it's a close call for me. The letter W isn't visible anymore on my keyboard, but neither are the L and the M... but I probably use the spacebar the most since I never use URLs.
For me I think it'd be backspace because i'm very indecisive then the space bar and maybe W. I tend not to type URL's at all, so w gets kinda neglected.
W. Or, W,Spacebar,spaceback. WHO NEEDS TO BACK SPACE HUH? JUST TYPE IT IN ANOTHER LINE WITH A * IN THE WORD DUH!
SPACEBAR because you use it when you type every word like i am doing right now, and even if your a gamer it tends to keep up with W as moving Forward and spacebar to jump (on most games)
