Pink Floyd - Us And Them
Cage The Elephant - Broken Boy
Trying out Cage The Elephant. Sounds interesting, good blend of indie rock with some hints of psychadelia, I really like the bass on this opening track, let's see where their new album ranks on my list. I hope it can be a good introduction to this band.
Leprous - The Price
Taylor Swift - Daylight
Melanie Martinez- Teacher's Pet
Linkin Park - When They Come For Me
Ariana Grande - boyfriend
Grimes - Violence
Periphery - The Bad Thing
Slipknot - Orphan
Suzan en Freek - Als Het Avond Is
This one sounds very similar to Lady Antebellum's Need You Now somehow, if I'm hearing it right. Still a very good song.
Nicolas Jaar - Fight
Cattle Decapitation - One Day Closer To The End Of The World
Once again Cattle Decap provide the perfect soundtrack to our world's demise. Can't wait for November. Travis Ryan is seriously the most versatile Death Metal vocalist ever.
My Bloody Valentine - Only Shallow
Dream Theater - Untether Angel
The music is good and really technical, but the vocalist is just as bad as in some other songs I listened by them and I'm surprised they haven't dumped him already. That's why I feel this band can never be good, the vocals are just so off-putting. I always get the feeling that bands like Pink Floyd or Tool make progressive music much better. An album running longer than 1 hour doesn't help Dream Theater as well. They' be a really good instrumental music band, just that, no vocals and they'd be one of the best bands in the world. No album by them can get a higher score than 6 if they continue like this, and even a 6 would be flattering for them.
Melanie Martinez - The Principal
Dream Theater - Pale Blue Dot
Finishing their latest album. I think this will be one of the worst albums of 2019, if not the worst (still depends on Lacuna Coil). This final song is not as bad as Untethered Angel, S2N or Out Of Reach. The singer only being somewhat listenable in two tracks undermines an album that could be a 7,5 or so. He's as flat and momotonous as Cristina Scabbia, but manages to have a much worse voice. This album was not as bad as last Ed Sheeran or last Kendrick Lamar, but that doesn't say much.
My Bloody Valentine - Loomer
Slaves - I'd Rather See Your Star Explode
Not a fan of Jonny Craig but this album is great
Massive Attack - Black Milk
