Her worst song ever in my opinion.

 

Close to that, The Best Damn Thing annoys me more actually, even though I love the pre-chorus. But in terms of the punk vibe the album is good, what lacks here is a better lyrical content and her voice to sound less childish.
Another bad thing is that on my copy of the album they censored all the swear words.

Avril Lavigne - I Can Do Better
I actually find this one quite good or at least I already got the lyrics and the sound at this point.

Did you buy your copy from Walmart? Someone told me Walmart doesn't sell explicit music anymore

 

I bought the one available for sale, which doesn't have Alone and I Will Be, some of the best from that album. Even my Under My Skin doesn't have the song I Always Get What I Want, but I don't like it so no problem. I bought all of those in the Czech Republic so that must be why

Avril Lavigne - When You're Gone
One of her best songs in my opinion. Actually all of her ballads are great.

 

Brand New- The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot

Not bad, but could have been better, but I love the guitar and drumming at the end, has a lot of energy. I still see this album as some sort of Paramore done wrong, even though Paramore's breakthrough album came in the same year as this one.

 

Brand New- Moshi Moshi

 

Avril Lavigne - Hot
I remember this one had a lot of airplay, maybe more than Girlfriend here in Portugal, somehow I recall this one and When You're Gone much better, but I was too young at that time, just 8 when this album came out. The songs I clearly remember hearing were Sk8er Boi and Wish You Were Here.

Miss the swear words on this one, I can listen to the explicit version on Spotify, but I'll get the explicit version of this album after buying every other album on my list.

Basically Brand New saying goodbye to us and I'm so sad over the fact they are retiring next year.

 

Avril Lavigne - Keep Holding On
Finishing the rotation with the song I like the most on the whole album.

 

Brand New- Me vs. Maradona vs. Elvis

 

Avril Lavigne - Losing Grip
Starting Let Go rotation. I think she put all the best songs on this album in the beginning of the record and should have lined them up better for it to flow in a different way.
