    Young Adult - 5/10

SPOILER AHEAD: It was okay movie, but last part just made me mad. So this Mavis chick is clearly a bad person and in the end some woman from her town tells her she is jealous of her because she wrote a book and lives in the big city and that all people in her hometown are losers because they haven't accomplished anything and are basically insignificant. So having a family and friends that love you makes you insignificant?! F**k you, Diablo Cody.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo 9.5/10

Freaking awesome! I do not normally like seeing movie adaptations of books I have yet to read but I could not resist because of all the buzz and it is a David Fincher film. Rooney Mara's Lisbeth left me buzzing for days and Trent Reznor did another solid soundtrack. This is a must see movie.

    MI4:Ghost Protocol 8.5/10

    Good action.....

I saw The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo the day it came out. I'd give the same review you did. So gooooood. Seeing Mission Impossible in about an hour.

I saw Sherlock Holmes last week. It was entertaining with a decent story and good acting. Solid 7/10. Still wish Guy Ritchie would get back to writing his own movies. Snatch and Lock, Stock, & Two Smoking Barrels are some of the best movies I've seen. Even RocknRolla was damn good.

    Scratch (Documentary)
Freestyle: The Art of Rhyme (Documentary)
The Making of South Park: 6 Days to Air (Documentary)
The Hangover Part II - Pretty horrible.
Contagion - Gripping and intense. But I wish it had a bit more punch.

Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy - One of my favorites of this year! Gary Oldman gave such a stellar performance!
Leon: The Professional - 12 year old Natalie Portman blew me away in this. Her first ever film role and she knocked it outta the park.

The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo (2011)

I don't get what's the big deal with this movie...The movie itself has style (David Fincher, fuck yeah) and the music is great, but the story is just meh...except the "erotic" scenes. That was intense. I feel bad for cute couples that went to see this cute little movie on Friday evening. And there were also old people in movie theater...They seemed disturbed after the movie ended.

Only advertising I've seen is the trailer but I doubt any commercials painted it as fun for the whole family. I've read in other reviews and message boards about viewers who were surprised, shocked, offended, etc. about those scenes (which are toned down compared to the novel). I don't understand where such reactions come from. The film is clearly "Rated R for disturbing violent content including rape, grisly images, sexual material, nudity and language." So much of Hollywood is bloody killing and continuous violence, where are the "disturbed" audiences after those movies?

I thought the book was meh and overhyped but Fincher brought the characters, the setting and the tone to life perfectly. The movie had a constant foreboding suspense that most of the book lacked. I also 100% agree with the changes and what was cut. Maybe I'd have a poorer opinion if I had not read the book beforehand but it's definitely a top three of 2011 in my book.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes - 9/10 Fricking Awesome. One of the best Movies of 2011, a shame I didn`t see it in Cinema when it came out.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2009 Original) - 9/10 The Perfect Adaption of an awesome book. Nooomi Rapace IS Lisbeth Salander.

The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo (2011 Remake) - 7/10 Same Setup, a different Approach to the Lisbeth Character, a better Soundtrack. But the Americanization sucks Balls. (e.g. Names aren`t pronounced properly and stuff). Still, both are awesome Movies which should be watched by anyone who has a interest in good Books and Movies.

When most people go to movies they don't even know what exactly they're going to see. They just look at the list of movies that are showing that day and say: "This one sounds good. It could be fun." True story. My friend sells tickets at movie theater and she sees that kind of stuff all the time.

Contagion 8/10- a little hard to keep up with what they're saying at times. Not as dramatic or as a big of a story ad I thought it would be but still very good

    The Rum Diary meh/10

This movie has no plot! It's just Johny Depp making faces for two hours. I can't believe I've paid 6 euros to see this movie. Also, there were annoying people at the movie theater. Damn it!
