Hot Fuzz. It was a hundred times better than I'd already expected and I can honestly say it's one of the best films I've ever seen, if not the best. Thank you, Edgar Wright.

The Prestige. Woah, that was a great movie. Bravo, Hugh Jackman and Christian Bale!
It was a pretty complicated plot, but basically everything became clear in the end of the movie. I really didn't expect the movie to be so good. All in all, the director and the actors did a great job.

Yeah, when's it out in the US?

Oh, April. Well, there's always... nudge nudge, wink wink.

    Alpha Dog - 8/10

Good movie, enjoyed it. Of course, i'll have to think of JT as a different person now after seeing him get stoned and spurt out f-bombs like nobody's business.

    World Trade Center. 9/10

Nicolas Cage and especially Michael Peña really impressed me. Michael Peña's a great actor, he was brilliant in Crash too.

9/11 was so terrible, every time I hear or watch something about it I get sad and angry...

Thursday night I saw an advance screening of Ghost Rider. I'm pretty satisfied with it for what it was, just can't go in expecting it to be on par with every other comic book movie. Very impressive visuals though.

Tenacious D And The Pick Of Destiny. 8/10

Awesome movie, but I had the feeling you had to be high to really laugh your ass off, though. It wasn't as funny as I thought it would be and the story was pretty basic.

    Ghost Rider.

It was a fun movie, although filled with so many damn cheesy lines. The movie was great I thought, for the first 30 minutes or so. However, after that, everything goes by so damn fast. Awesome visuals though.

    Death Note (Live action movie)

9/10 Far better than i expected. I found the anime a bit dull, but this was good, although it left out some good bits.

Blue Velvet - 9.5/10. Damn, that was disturbing.

Tai Chi II - 6/10. Reasonably tolerable kung-fu movie.

Kill Bill Vol. 1/Vol. 2 - As usual, great.

The Number 23. Amazing movie, total mindfuck. Jim Carrey was SUPERB as a horror role.
