Yeah, I remember when I was a kid and Michael Jackson's music would come on, I was an instant fan - the voice, the music, the beats, the amazing production, the music videos, the dancing, the outfits, etc. I'm one of those that even though I love Thriller, the Bad album is my favourite. I mean, Dirty Diana is one of my all-time favourite MJ songs but you also have Bad, The Way You Make Me Feel, Speed Demon, Liberian Girl, Man in the Mirror, Smooth Criminal, etc. It's just an amazing album front-to-back and one I rank slightly above Thriller. Plus, I concur with you, Dangerous has some awesome songs on there and again, the title track is one of my favourites. It also has a special meaning to me as it's the first MJ album my girlfriend ever purchased me. I thoroughly enjoyed his posthumous release, Xscape with some really great songs like Chicago, Slave to the Rhythm, A Place with No Name, Blue Gangsta and the title track itself. As for A Day To Remember, I can understand the backlash to them since they joined Fueled by Ramen, who don't seem to have a great reputation from the comments I've seen. I do like the most recent ADTR album, where they went back to a mixture of rock, metal, post-hardcore and punk but still retaining a lot of those electronic/pop elements from You're Welcome. Speaking of which, I didn't mind that album. Sure, it wasn't my favourite but it still had some great songs on there and was rather catchy but I can see why fans overall didn't like it as it was a huge change in sound for them and people questioned the lyrics, softness of it and the production, which I didn't mind too much. Bad Vibrations I really loved, some epic songs on there and one I tend to enjoy listening to even to this day. Felt like they went a bit heavier with that album and I liked practically all of the songs on there. Turn Off the Radio and Bullfight being standouts for me. Still, nothing has beaten For Those Who Have Heart for me - absolutely love that album and one of the first albums that really got me into the metalcore genre and breakdowns in general. However, I respect where you're coming from regarding their lyrics on the other albums and having a better connection with you
