any music even if its a pop song on the radio it just calms me down and some serious head banging music (aka:slipknot) releases anger

Linkin Park,Korn,Killswitch Engage if i'm depressed.

or my band's stuff because i wrote that when i was really low etc. so the lyrics are good if your angry etc.

if i'm feeling crap and want to cheer up then Skillet or any kind of happier music.

yeah same here. i like to listen to something really heavy, and that just takes my mind of my emotions. and if it doesnt then, the music is so heavy that i just head banging or something, generally going crazy, and that helps. so id have to say some LP songs, mudvayne, slipknot, unearth, etc.

It all depends, there are so much grey areas in my moods... And each one has a different style of music that I like when I'm in that mood..

When i'm angry I usually blast some hardcore or screamo.. a little of the chariot, norma jean, atreyu, fear before the march of flames etc.. then if i'm feeling sadder i'll chill out with oldies or bright eyes and the postal service. or some of the slower the starting line songs. anything acoustic. yeah.

Angry: Changes. Maybe something by Refused or Last by NIN. The Reflecting God by Manson is a good one too.

Sad: And All That Could Have Been by NIN, The Perfect Fit by the Dresden Dolls.

I specifically have a CD labelled "If I'm listening to this, it means I'm pissed off." Its basically KoRn, NIN, Metallica and System Of A Down. ;)
