I say that they should put out a huge 2-disk album with a bunch of remixes, live tracks, b-sides, and possibly some brand new material.

Realistically, that will not happen, though, so im gonna say remix album that has songs from MTM as well as from Meteora. A b-side album would also be pretty cool.

I actually like Colonel Sanders idea. I would love to hear all of the b-sides that they have. All of the songs that did not make it to the album. That would also take up a large portion of the gap between this and MTM and the next album. Lets say they had 100 demos to start out with (Im actually pretty sure that thats the number that they said they had). If you subtract the 12 songs from MTM, you get 88 tracks. Lets say they released a twelve song b-side CD every six months. That would take 3 and a half years. Judging by the amount of time it took between HT and Meteora, or Meteora and MTM, you could estimate that it will take 3-4 years for another studio album. That means that by the time that their done releasing b-side disks, we'll either already have a new studio album, or will be six months away from one.

Good logic, but I have a feeling we'll be relying on the LPU CD's for B-sides (I still wanna hear all the Reanimation B-sides, let alone the Meteora ones!)

Although judging by the last LPU CD's (V3 & V5), V7.O is gonna be 5 to 6 live tracks of MtM. V8.0 is going to be the next good one like V2, V4 & V6.

If I know LP, they'll release a couple more DVD's & maybe an EP or too with new solo tracks in the studio.

    Thanks.
I think this would be an amazing way to maintain fans and all you have to do is release stuff thats a bit old, but maybe the band is keeping the songs for further inspiration.
