This gives me problems as a native English speaker. Hell, I'm a native English speaker and I fully agree that the English language is fucking odd. Like, why is rabbit spelled with two b's but habit only one b? Almost the same word except the first letter is changed, yet one has one b and the other has two. I can't tell you how long I had Breaking the Habit in my phone spelled with two b's before I finally figured out my mistake
I didn't read any posts in this thread so forgive me if someone already said it, but anytime this conversation comes up I feel I must express my utter fascination with the weirdest word of all: fluff. Say it right now, out loud. I'll say it with you: fluhf. Woah. Crazy, right?
Pretty sure that this is going on here, at least with most of you guys. Any word can "make no sense."
