    My radio station edited out the Shut up bit in OSC. It sounded really weird. So this better not happen :angry:

    Okay, it's my first time posting on LPA's boards but the news of the Faint edit is very distrubing to me!

    I was at the Faint video shoot last Wednesday and one of the first shots we did was that exact bridge where Chaz screams "hear me out now!" The director was trying to pump us up and told us that this is a very important part of the song that we needed to give all our energy to! We did what seemed like 20 takes (I'm exaggerating but that's what it felt like!) so for that part the song to be edited seems pretty ridiculous to me...especially because there we some execs there at that very part of the shoot! :mike: Anyways, hopefully it's a rumor!

    Hey, thanks LP Associates, you all have one of the most updated news of any of the LP sites I've seen! I'm always checking LPA out! Even more details than LPU and LP.com...so thanks

    I just heard "Faint" on the radio and i don't think they edited that part out. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about.

    good, hopefully the only editing on this song will be by the dumb pop stations, but the vid and all other stations better not, thats a really cool part to the song :angry:

    What the f**k is their f**king problem?

    Its a retarded concept and a lesson in futility, if you ask me. If they want things to be cleaner, edit Christina Aguilera or Britney Spears from the WORLD. Its a damn good song, and there is absolutely no swearing in the song. So why edit it? I haven't heard it yet, and 102.1 KDGE is a bum about getting songs onto the air. Oh why must I suffer this cruel fate?

    Maybe they'll edit it out for the top 40/alternaive stations and keep it for the rock stations?

    Actually yesterday my local rock station (93.7x) played Faint and they played the full song, so i guess thats how itll stay, could be wrong though.
