Mike's fingers don't 'stretch' they are already that size whan he comes on screen. If you turn on director commentary on FPATPF then the director (Nathan Cox I think it was) says that there are TONS of things in that vid and you'd have to watch it a few times to see them all...

 

They DO stretch

Just after you see the blue thing run across the screen you see Mike singing and then you see the blue man in the other room in the corner of it and then when it goes back to a close up of Mike and he puts his fingers in front of his face and they stretch it is at about 2:03 or 2:04
