    This message and campaign is really symbolic, especially this one, because we all have a part in unraveling not only what is behind the grey area, but what information is attached to that image - what is beyond the face value. Linkin Park wouldn't be what they are now if it wasn't for the people, and so now they are paying homage to the fans that want more LP! If this is the album art then we all have a hand in seeing it and influencing its creation by our commitment as fans empowering the band.

    Derek! How did you dig that one up?

    That's be kind of similar to what 30 Seconds To Mars did. When they released This is War they had a different album cover for each CD. They had the faces of the fans on them.

    I have to say, whoever came up with this campaign is pure, pure genius. Not only is it an excellent way to get fans involved and excited, but the fact that it'll be featured on Twitter now makes it totally incredible.

    Linkin Park has 65,788 followers on Twitter, seems like we only need 10,000 to tweet to get the image complete.

    It seems like every marketing campaign for a mainstream rock band's new album always involves Twitter-tising these days. Not sure if that's a good or bad thing, but at least there's some fun in it :)

    That would make sense, because the album is coming out in September, and it's really unlikely they'll hand it over via one puzzle given that they know what happened to fans solving the other ones. We could be in for a series of messages that we have to solve layer by layer or tweet by tweet.

    It still looks like we have a long way to go. You would think with all the Twitter & FB fans there are this would have been over by now, haha.

    Im gonna take a shot in the dark and say that the image looks to be an elephant...but the album is called "A Thousand Suns"....idk where an elephant would come into play lol

    Oddly I've been watching it on and off, and just came back to see it completely restarted, only a few pixels. (either that or my browser is potentially screwing up)
