It definitely sounds interesting, and it's the one I'm interested in most. Dreamy sounds something like Easier to Run or Leave Out All The Rest.
Yeah it couldn't have possibly seemed like he was making fun of tripleh3lix post Maybe i just interpreted it all wrong. So let's move on.
The description definitely is interesting. Maybe a song like Powerless with a stronger chorus? I dunno anymore, the descriptions tells so much, but so little at the same time, lol.
Definitely a bit iffy since everyones interpretations are different, but that's all we've got. It sounds interesting regardless, so I'm at least HOPING it's dreamy. I dig their dreamier songs.
(Chester) The stars shine high The moon shines white The smiles shine bright (Mike) Losing it all The darkness falls Smiles are all fading to gray
Betting pool! Guess the line/phrase in which the song title is dropped. Guessing that the title does not appear in the lyrics is valid.
They changed the release date from "28th april" to "this week" on this website http://www.josepvinaixa.com/blog/linkin-park-until-its-gone-official-single-cover/
"Guilty All The Same" was released March 7. It's soon 2 months ago (give or take). The release of the new album is within 1,5 month. ... and they said they were going to release MORE music before the album premiered than they usually does. With other words, 3 or more. One of the songs will probably be premiered a week before the album actually drops, to make a sneaky promotion of the album (Eminem did it (dropped "Monster"), and he's not the only one). It's just a good strategy. What I'm trying to say is, the next single should be dropping within a week, if they are going to have the same amount of time between the 1st single and the 3rd. Especially now since we have the official artwork for the single. If I can continue my speculations, I'll continue to make my Eminem-interconnection. The first single being a raw, energetic track that has the DNA of the album (Guilty all the Same/Berzerk). The second single being a relatively radio-friendly track, with a lot of replay-value, whose purpose is to make the listener still interested. Won't get extremely promoted (Until it's Gone/Survival). And finally, we got the last single which will be released right before the premiere of the album, to promote it even further. This will also be the radio-friendly, "you-will-get-tired-of-me"-track, with a lot of promotion (TBA/Monster). Maybe even on the soundtrack for Transformers (not sure when the movie is being released). (Em released Rap God too, as the third single. A total of 4 singles - which I personally don't think LP will do). There are a lot of connections between those artists, but I may be completely wrong too. Just my two cents.)
LIVING THINGS had 3 singles, BURN IT DOWN, LOST IN THE ECHO & CASTLE OF GLASS (LIES GREED MISERY & POWERLESS, not counted). then you're saying we'll be getting a 3rd single before the album drops? I doubt that the 3rd single will be coming from THP but the collaboration from Aoki for TFAOE seems plausible, IMO.
Maybe I was a bit unclear - I meant 2 tracks being released before the album being released (Lies Greed Misery (not a single, but still a release) and Burn It Down). Why the doubt about a third single before the album (THP) releases?
Isn't that too much? I mean 3 singles before the album release date? That is equivalent to the whole album cycle for LIVING THINGS. I noticed that LP's singles were slightly decreasing every album cycle.. MTM has 5, ATS has 4 then LT has 3.
IIRC, when asked if the band is working with Aoki for the new transformers movie, Joe Hahn said "no". It was in that video where he answered questions about "Mall"
