Thing is, it's probable that people do use ADD or ADHD as an excuse for their behaviour. By that I mean they don't suffer from the condition, they just blame it.

Studio session is day after tomorrow and I still haven't finished writing my verse. Great!

Writer's block. Zero inspiration.

 

Well, I've actually been diagnosed with it by a psychologist, and a couple of other doctors, without any prompting from myself or my parents. All we said to them was that I had trouble focusing.

But yeah, I know that some people use it as an excuse. They make it harder for me, and everyone else who really does have ADHD and ADD.

Then there are the people who claim that ADD and ADHD are just "made up" and it's just kids who need to get a good beating and that's all.

It sounds bad, but since it's a verse, if you don't have it when you go into the booth or whatever, just wing it, and see how it goes. I did two takes of a song one day, and got the lyrics done on the second take. All I had laid out to begin with was the guitar and drums (from a drum machine ). Sometimes being put on the spot is great inspiration.

 

Rap verses don't work that way though. You have to write it beforehand. And with all the flow switches and shit like that it takes a lot of effort and time.

I just wish this writer's block would go away. Ones it clicks it sort of rekindles the creativity and the whole thing just lays out for you.

 

! Apparently I've been disabled from Internet Banking for because I've rang them up so many times today and yesterday (including both days I've rang four times) querying my recent transactions for my PayPal account verification. What a shit bank.

Ironically I have to call them up again to re-activate it which should take 5 minutes tomorrow, what a whole load of shite.

On the bright side it's my first night as supervisor, can't wait, best get ready and leave, g'night LPA.

AvA is great if you love you some epic Tom Delonge songs, but when I want some smile nonstop and not have a care in the world Tom Delonge songs, I listen to Take Off Your Pants And Jacket album of Blink's..Such a classic for me, man.

 

Well, the only reason I say AAA is that the logo looks like two right side up A's and an upside down one. AAA makes more sense to me than AvA.

I haven't listened to Blink in forever, tbh. I used to be hardcore into them, and then after a while, I kinda didn't listen to them as much. Now that they're coming back, I might start listening to them more, I dunno.
