I just got another RROD!


...Ugh. Xbox 360. Just... ugh. I'm so tired of it.

I really don't understand how people get those (not like I want one mind). I've had my 360 for just under 2 years and I've not had one problem, never fallen over, never bumped, no RROD. Perhaps I'm blessed?

 

Same for me, and I own 2 of them.

But why two..you only need one to play the games?

We NEED to round up all the 360 gamers and get some active positing in the section on the forums to talk about games, oh how I miss talking about games.

 

I'm on my second 360. The first had an RROD. It was mainly the earlier ones, I think.

 

Gentlemen, this thread needs you.

For the RROD do you just luck out and one day suddenly get one or do you have to have dropped your 360 a couple of times or bumped it etc?

Although I only have an 360 at my dad's....gamecube at mum's...

 

My dad got a 360 one Christmas, I talked my mom into getting one the Christmas after because my dad is an asshole and wouldn't let me bring it home with me.

At my dad's The 360 is really the only thing I do when I'm at his house, other than play his American Fender Strat 2007 Model on his small little fender tube amp.

At my mom's house (main living place) I have my PC on my desk in my room, a TV that looks like it would break the desk from it's weight, Gamecube, PS2, SNES, N64, but I mainly just play the 360 nowadays haha.

 

It's opposite for me, at my dad's where I live most of the time I've got loads of my stuff. My mum's to strict to let me take anything anywhere.

It's just bad luck, really. Faulty hardware. I seriously took care of it more than any of my other consoles and I STILL got RROD'd. Twice.

What's funny is just yesterday I was researching how to game for charity because I wanted to do a marathon for Child's Play in about a week... looks like that won't be happening now.
