Damn fucking insurance companies. How hard is it to determine a car is totaled? You can take one look at my car and figure out that you could send my car back to the Volkswagen factory in Germany and let the people who designed and built my car try to fix it, and they wouldn't be able to repair the fucking thing to where it was before the accident. Just tell me the damn thing is totaled and get my check in the mail so I can get out of this shitty Pontiac rental car, buy a new GTI and get on with my life.

 

I was in a fucking Buick, which I hated, then Enterprise called me and told me that they needed to switch it out because their wholesale department sold the Buick. I gladly took them up on that offer and got the Pontiac, which is 100 times better than the Buick, but still shit. A Pontiac is better than a Buick like herpes is better than syphilis

 

I had a Pontiac years back and I had an accident, probably at no more than 10 MPH and the car crumbled up like a tin can. This past accident I just had, I was probably going more like 40 (you'd think I was a terrible driver, wouldn't you? First one wasn't my fault and this one is up in the air ) and while my VW crumpled up like a tin can as well, I'd expect that at a 40 MPH impact, not at a 10 MPH one. I was completely uninjured in my VW, but I'd hate to think what would've happened to me if I had this accident in a Pontiac.

Just one of the many reasons while I will be buying another VW. They're some pretty fucking safe cars.

And yes, we had nothing but problems with that Pontiac. It started off as my dad's car and I can't count the number of times it was towed away because it wouldn't start.
