I thought that was going to be one of those sites with the dirty animations on a continuous loop with music.

 

It was filmed differently to appeal to the personalities of the different Doctors. David is more excitable and goofy, whereas Eccleston's Doctor is darker, has more rage in him, considering his Doctor was born from battle, he was made during the Time War and has anger flowing through him.
