The name "Up in the Air" doesn't really bring anything new to the table. It's so Marsy.

 

Fun Fact: Did you know that "Up in the Air" is the very first commercial release of music in space? This would make UMG, EMI and Virgin the first record labels to sell music to a region in space! And they said we wouldn't see commercialized space for years to come!

These track names aren't too bad.

 

Is it me, or does this album sound like it's gonna have ALOT to do with space other than the CRS-2 mission? "Up in the Air", "Northern lights, "Bright Lights, Big City"? Even the artwork spells it in a way... Maybe I'm just expecting too much...

Just watched their last Reading Festival performance. Killer, epic show. But Jared Leto reaaallly doesn't like singing his own songs, does he?

 

The parts he signs are really good, but he lets the audience sing the most of it. Maybe he finds it hard playing and singing at the same time.
