Did everyone stop watching this show?
I thought Sunday's episode was pretty good.
Was talking about it last night. That was a crazy intense episode. Too much for me to handle. Hopefully this season keeps up with high energy episodes like this one.
Last night seriously might have been one of the best episodes of the series so far. The way they executed Carl getting his eye shot out was perfection, and Rick's rampage turning into the entire community banding together against the zombies was great. The last 5 or so minutes of the episode were just beautiful, with the montage and Rick's speech about the new world. I really hope the rest of the season is as good as this episode, and it doesn't just grind to a halt until the finale.
I didn't expect that to happen in the first episode.
Trust me guys, knowing Walking Dead, it's just gonna slow down from there
But based on what I've seen in the promo of the next ep, it might be a buddy (comedy) of Rick & Daryl, and a certain character might make his debut.
Lol, you certainly nailed that. This was another awesome episode. Literally didn't feel like an episode of TWD. Some comedic elements, some feels, some action, and then some. Thinking this could be the best season yet. Keep em coming!
That last episode though.
That was an INSULTING way to end the season.
Then again this season was pretty bad so eh
Season's over already?
Edit: I just saw John Winchester is on the show now
I turned on the last 10 minutes of the last episode and after that ending I was reminded why I stopped watching last season. So cheesy and cliche and stupid. They always end with a cliffhanger and ruin the best moments of each episode with nonstop commercial breaks. Terrible.
Solid episode. I really enjoyed it. I'm guessing the reason I like it plenty was because I had to catch up on 5 episodes so seeing them all was more than enough to make me happy. Here's to Glenn's possible death.
Only cautiously optimistic because season 6 sucked but EZEKIEL AND SHIVA PEOPLE
that finale scene would've been a lot better had they aired this instead smh
Fuck, that episode had me raging. I don't think I've ever hated a tv character this much. Not even the Governor made me feel a fraction of this way. Negan MUST DIE. Holy shit....
Even though the Governor had pissed off moments. Negan is worse. Good gawd. I kept going in my mind last season's episode. I just didn't know there would be two involved, one of them most notable to die. The show will go on a new direction and I'm not sure if I'm going to like it with the new character Negan and his group. It'll be dragged on for a few seasons...
I hate shows that mess with my stomach more then my mind.
I watched season 6 recently. How damn boring... I've liked the show up until now, but it just feels like they keep repeating certain situations but with different characters. I do have to say that the last episode was really intense and got me a little curious for the next season. They should wrap up the show soon though.
That's unlikely going to happen, considering the comics don't even have an ending in sight yet and they're around 60 issues away from where it is now. But yeah, the show has been repeating situations since, like, season 3, and it's getting manipulative with the audience at times. I can attest to that as a diehard fan. I felt the premiere used more sadism as gimmicks and instead should've used sadism as storytelling. Game of Thrones did that. The show can do better.
I'm really enjoying the newest comic book issues, by the way, holy crap.
We're on easy street
And it feels so sweet
Cause the world is but a treat
When you're on easy street
And we're breaking out the good champagne
We're sitting pretty on the gravy train
And when we sing every sweet refrain repeats
Right here on easy street....
