Apparently there's a new casting call for three new characters to appear in the second half of season four. They are:

If the descriptions don't give it away then you clearly do not read nor research about the comics.

 

Well, welcome to the show Abraham, Eugene, and Rosita!

 

I don't get it, why do they have different names than in the comic?

 

Sometimes when they are casting actors and actresses they give false names, bios and plot points to avoid leakage. Example, they guy who played Axel was nothing like the guy that he auditioned for.

A few days after the announcement of Better Call Saul, AMC has decided to make a Walking Dead spinoff as well, with a new story, new characters but the same universe.

Yes, this is official. I'm still a huge fan of the show, but I don't have a good feeling about this, but then again a new story seems ok.

 

I don't even have a good feeling about the original show. A new story could be just what the doctor ordered, though.

 

The spinoff will give them much more room to move, and therefore I welcome this.

 

Cool, I have nothing against this.

 

Yup it's official: Christian Serratos, who was famously know for playing Suzie Crabgrass in Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide is cast as Rosita.

 

Holy hotness

 

Serratos was, without a doubt, THE after-school-TV-show crush growing up, and she is SOOO damn fine now.

 

Indeed, haha! We need more pretty ladies in the show.

 

Heh. I remember watching that shot on Foxtel after school. Good stuff.

Official cast pictorials and other premiere photos on the AMC Walking Dead website. Surprisingly, there's no Larry Gilliard pictorial among them, since I thought he would be a series regular this season. David Morrissey as Governor does have some pictorials, though, and he doesn't look as beardy as he was in the spoiler pics.
