Travz21 - Thanks, and I used a variety of effects including; tremolo, reverb, echo, a hint of autotune, and a filter. Hawk - Odd as an alone track yes. Think of it as getting Tbe Requiem before any other song. Lyrics I am standing in the graveyard/ surrounded by the ghosts/ Looking for the answer/ that nobody knows/ Dreaming of a purpose/ a life filled with hope/ And the rain keeps falling, the rain keeps falling/ You were an iridescent angel in a world of black and white/ You were a glowing spectrum/ in a world that needed light/ Frozen stills of you/ will never go away/ And the rain keeps falling, the rain keeps falling oh/
Any certain programs you used to get those effects? I have a couple different plugins that I haven't tried yet, but that is pretty much the finished product I'm looking for.
GarageBand for Mac. --- And for those who are having trouble interpreting this track, picture a lonely man singing on a wooden boat outside. Cloudy with heavy rain. The next song is a continuation into the journey.
I can image that. I think its just because its a lone track, when it mean't to be side by side by the following track.
This album is coming together pretty well. I can tell you about a few songs; One track is currently titled "Electronic Ocean". It's a dubstep track with ocean sound effects and submarine noises. It's coming along pretty good, the synths are a little average I'll admit. It's one of the turning points on the album. Another one is currently titled "Funeral". It is really long. The buildup is slow but worth it. This song has my most quiet/gentle singing performance. I think this one will not only be on the high point of the album, but certainly the best. I have closing track for this album. I will not reveal anything about it except it basically takes the album into a whole new level. The instrumentation is great, the vocals are awesome, and everything about this song screams epic. I don't like to hype up my own work but this album, is special. When I first told people about this album they thought "oh cool that's like A Thousand Suns". When you hear the album, comparisons won't exist.
