I can't believe this song came out 11 years ago! Makes me feel old. It's still one of my favourite songs ever. "If love is a labor, I'll slave till the end, I won't cross these streets until you hold my hand."
Blake trying to sneak Comfortably Numb in there again. That's an insult to Michele putting up the infinitely superior Pulse performance of CN first.

I think that this song is the best from LP pre-HT songs. It feels fresh, especially the bridge or the solo... (2:20) I don't know how to call it. I would like LP going this way.
I like that one a lot too. It's one of those songs that's more than just a good Linkin Park song; it's a decent song in its own right. But, that said ... it still sounds dated as fuck, IMO.
Gotta go that BSB route. 2005 2007
This song feels pretty genre-less to me, and it's just so fresh and unique despite the millions of times I've played it over the years. Nearly every time I listen to it I notice a new little sound or touch I haven't heard before. I've been listening to it a lot again lately after finally checking out the rest of Blue October's discography and being REALLY impressed with it all. This song is a good example of the kind of vibes I'd like on LP 7.
Does this sound like it came from 1997?
