I know, I said that they still rock. I just miss their makeup EDIT- Adding on to my post for this reason... WALLS OF JERICHO FOR THE EFFING WIN. Ok, you may return to your normally scheduled forum post
They kind of still do it live. They're just not space aliens or weird monsters. Come on, Chad singing in some type of fur bodysuit is tremendous.
Yeah, Jay kind of rubbed it in my face when he went to Ozzfest and was like AHAHAHA THEY HAD THEIR MAKEUP ON. I cried a little on the inside I mean come on, we're not expecting them to still be Kud, Gurrg, Ryknow, and sPaG, or Chüd, Güüg, R-üD, and Spüg even
We are connected at the brain, my dear I said the same thing! Glad to see people actually recognize Mushroomhead
I actually didn't pay attention to the rest of the posts in the thread so I didn't know you'd already said that. But Mushroomhead was formed in Edgewood, which is near Ashtabula and only 10 miles from me. They weren't formed technically "in" Cleveland, but that's where everyone says. And before Slipknot ever started their mask-using, Mushroomhead was doing that down here at all the local shows in the early '90s. My cousin's band played with them all the time, and they still do, so I've got a pretty reliable source. Random...information there.
That's friggin awesome My ex Jeff's family is from Iowa, and a few of his cousins have hung out with Clown and some of the other guys, smoked some weed with them, I guess. Said they were kind of assholes. Not like I expected them to not be.
That's all-at-once cool and not-cool. Oh and, my cousin's band is Konipshun Phit, if you wanted to look them up. They're similar to Mushroomhead, I guess. Personally, I love Mushroomhead, but I don't care for my cousin's band. Alas, we're horribly off-topic.
My god, we are But yeah, I'll check them out. ANYWAYS. What is going on with this tour? At first it was all NU METAL FEST, and now these other bands are in, and it sounds like one of the huge concerts a rock station would put out, but not a full on tour. At least with the other tours, you could get an idea of genres.
Even though I haven't liked their more recent stuff, Sevendust is an awesome live band. Adding Machine Head and Mastodon would officially make this tour own, as well.
If thats true if they don't come to Australia, i'll break that manager dudes neck. We're talking about Dragonforce, Mudvayne, Disturbed, Mastodon and Walls Of Jericho here, who wouldn't go.

I think I care more that I have a date on the tour. Aug. 16...same place where I went to Ozzfest. Speaking of, I think this tour will be the nail in the coffin for Ozzfest.
That's like 5 minutes down the road from me. If its anything like Warped or TOC it'll be a hell of a lot cheaper than Ozzfest was (besides last year). I'm fucking there. @Will: Yeah, Machine Head should be playing above Mastodon, imo.
