Minus' post was made at the same time as yours. He probably didn't see it. [/b][/quote] Yeah I guessed that. I was just way too tired to even check.
I hadn't heard "Deep" until last night. Are there any other soundtracks with unreleased NIN songs on them? I wonder what else I haven't heard.
Click for a list of everything Trent's done. Songs for film soundtracks "Dead Souls," NIN's cover of the Joy Division song, appears on the soundtrack for The Crow (1994). "Burn," "Something I Can Never Have" and "A Warm Place" appear on the soundtrack for Natural Born Killers (1994), which Reznor also produced. "Closer (Precursor)," is played during the opening sequence of Se7en (1995), and is the first song on the soundtrack. "The Perfect Drug" appears on the soundtrack for Lost Highway (1997), which Reznor also produced. The soundtrack also contains two songs credited only to Trent Reznor. (Those songs are "Videodrones; Questions" & "Driver Down") "Into the void" appears briefly in Final Destination (2000) and is the third song on the soundtrack. "Deep" appears on the soundtrack for Lara Croft: Tomb Raider (2001).
I just downloaded a remix of 50 Cent and NIN. Sounds pretty funny A remix of In Da Club and Closer B)
I saw them last night and it was amazing. I wish I had brought a camera, people with camera phones........I envy you! Queens of the Stone Age stomped ass too, some guy was throwing shit at Josh Homme and he stopped one of the songs and pointed at him and said "you don't like our music? you're waiting for NIN huh? well if you don't like our music then you can go out in the parking lot and buy a hotdog and shove it up your ass........hell I'll buy it for ya" soon after that the guy stopped throwing stuff lol All went well, Jerome did fine and didn't have any more chest pains. Midway in the show they put down this big white curtain and projected images on it during Everything Where It Belongs like the President and random shit like peoples eyeballs and sperm. That's all I have to say about that.......for now.
Sounds like Trent thinks it is the 90s and he's performing Hurt. And it's called Right Where It Belongs.
yep sorry bout that. Queens of the Stone Age are doing a FREE show at a book store in Portland as I'm typing this and I fucking missed it because I couldn't get a ride there.....pure BS
Listening to the Fresno show right now. I'm currently on Right Where It Belongs. Sounds more like the V2 than the actual song, but it works live.
<s>What in the living fuck do you use to convert FLAC into something that's worth at least a piece of pocket lint to me?</s> Nevermind. Found it.
Their north American tour is being sponsored by myspace, lol. I just read it on the news section of www.ultimate-guitar.com
This setlist makes me mad. There isn't enough of the Fragile album. Oh well, I have my precious bootlegs of the good ole days.
Isn't that the point? When The Fragile came out people probably complained that there wasn't enough TDS. Though if he releases another album I doubt people will care if he cuts all With Teeth material from the tour.
nin is fucking awesome live Just watched the DVD live at Rockin' Park Nijmegen. The lights are so awesome and my brother was there too <_< im jealous
In an effort to keep this thread alive... what are your favorite songs live? Mine are: Down In It Only Right Where It Belongs The Wretched March of the Pigs The Day The World Went Away Wish Piggy Happiness In Slavery There are probably more but those are all I can think of at the moment.
