Not sure if many people know how this cd is going to be released. But today at my work With Teeth was added to our computer system and we have one copy that is going to be just the plain ol' cd and the other is in the format of those new DualDisc cd's. If this is true I thoguht it was said earlier that it wold be released in a digipak?
Listening to the live songs on the BBC Radio Player... sounds SO much better than those Live Bootlegs.
The Hand That Feeds was released in Digipack form. With Teeth is going to be released on vinyl, Regular CD, and DualDisc.

I know. I was just confirming that a NIN release was in a Digipack form. Really though, the Digipack (I should be getting it in 3-5 days ) is the better choice. The regular version doesn't have one of the remixes on it.
Not all of them. The radio station I work at got the THTF single and its a regular cd. [/b][/quote] The retail version, I think he means.
Amazon has the DualDisc as $13.49, and the regular as $11.99 In other news, the With Teeth vinyl I pre-ordered cost $19.99 (sold out now), and my imported The Hand That Feeds single cost $15.97 I am so fucking broke. With Teeth Artwork
This album is amazing. I didnt know what to expect to be honest, but man it blew me away. Its gonna be playing on my computer and car for a while.
I just listened to "The Fragile", and before that I read what Trent had to say about that period of time when he was writing the "The Fragile". It's a great album, yeah, but I can see why Trent may not like it, and when he listens to it, he might think it's a piece of shit and sounds like a crazy person wrote it. He said he was so fucked up he couldn't write anything, and thus the lack of real songs, and the influx of instrumentals. Yeah, it's a great album, and the instrumentals are awesome, but if you keep in mind what Trent said about it, you realize it's not all that it's cracked up to be. Kinda takes the album down a notch, you know? Maybe that's needed. Maybe that's not. In other news, I re-listened to "Pretty Hate Machine" today, and I've discovered it's a damn good album.
I don't know, to me, The Fragile is still such a great album, because it captures that struggling period so greatly. From what I've read from several articles, he actually did that without alcohol, so that's something at least. But again, it goes into self-reflection in some songs, like in 'Somewhat Damaged.'
This might already have been said, but Trent released 'The Hand That Feeds' in Garageband format, and is encouraging people to remix/interpret it. File size is 77 mb.
It has been, and discussed as well. Right after half of us found out how to use the file in Windows. B)
*looks at cover art* Wow, that big FBI logo sure takes away from the colour scheme. Is it gonna incorporate that protection where it won't work for the legit copies as well?
Just pre ordered With Teeth... god I can't wait. And to Casey: After hearing what Trent said about the Fragile, I do think it sort of got bumped down a notch in my head, not musically but lyrically. And I think some of it's lack of commercial success was because there really weren't any good singles...I think you need to listen to one (or both) of the CDs straight through to appreciate it.
