The only reason Chevelle has been holding down that number #1 spot is because they are from Chicago. Debuting at Number #2 is tough. It beated the likes of TMV, System of a Down, and MudVayne.
Anybody here good at tabbing wanna take a shot with The Hand That Feeds? EDIT: Nevermind, found one. the hand that feeds tab
I cant beleive you put Pretty Hate Machine so low, that is such a great album. Especiually when you put it into perspective of being their first release.

[/b][/quote] First off, it was his (Trent Reznor's) first album, as NIN is exclusively Trent and himself. Second, it's Casey's opinion, if you disagree, put your own list up there. Oh, and after doing my list, it's exactly the same as Casey's except The Fragile is 1 and Still is 2.

All I was trying to say is that I think its a great album, so i couldn't beleive that such a die-hard fan of NIN would place it that low. But yah thanks for your two cents.
This is only slightly off-topic, but it has been driving me crazy for a week now. What is the song in the trailer for the "And All That Could Have Been" DVD? I never got to see it, and I was going to get it today, but Hastings was all sold out. You can watch the trailer here.
There were multiple trailers for "And All That Could Have Been". @Ryan: I hate "Pretty Hate Machine". There's maybe 3 or 4 songs I like, max. I just can't get into it. peep the shit.
The song in the "And All That Could Have Been" trailer is Just Like You Imagined from the Fragile. Track 7, first Disc. Great instrumental.
Same here, it just sounds too "old-school" for me. 'The Fragile' is my favorite. If I could find all of the songs from 'Still', it'd compete for first. Next comes 'The Downward Spiral'.
"The Fragile" was Trent's weakest attempt in my opinion. "Pretty Hate Machine" is still my favorite piece of work that he has done.
It all depends on who you ask. I became a NIN fan on "The Fragile", so naturally it's his masterpiece in my mind. Also, I want whatever drugs Trent was on when he wrote "The Fragile". That shit must be intense.

And I'm sure we can all agree that although we have our favorite albums, you can't say anything about any songs when they're played live. Because then they instantly kick ass. ...unless it's Down In It.
Bwhaaha. I have the studio version and it fucking owns But i guess you all have it to so im pretty late
