it's always a good laugh seeing north korea pretend like they have the means to wage war on anybody, but shit i'm getting tired of it now. release the movie, dammit.
Heard that might release it on Crackle for free streaming. Crackle is ad supported so they can still make money from it. Also, it looks like North Korea's internet might be under attack right now. http://www.vox.com/2014/12/22/7433873/north-korea-internet-down http://www.theverge.com/2014/12/22/...ernet-problems-after-obama-response-sony-hack http://www.cnbc.com/id/102289459#.
*Theme from Team America begins* Americaaaaaaaaaaaaa.............AMERICCCAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA....
A bit more. http://recode.net/2014/12/22/north-koreas-internet-connections-disrupted-may-be-under-attack/
North Korea probably just needs to unplug their router and plug it back in, because I could totally see the Internet for the entire country going through a 10 year old Linksys router.
http://popcultureblog.dallasnews.co...n-the-interview-christmas-day-after-all.html/ @BreakingNews: Report: Sony authorizes screenings of 'The Interview' on Christmas Day - @dallasnews, @FOX5Atlanta Let's hope if theaters/streaming show it that Sony didn't give into the demands of NK to edit the content for release. If they edited it because of NK threats, that'd be sad. :/
The Interview was made available on YouTube, Sony.com, Google Play, and Xbox 10:00 am PT today, so it's available now. http://www.buzzfeed.com/emilyorley/heres-where-you-can-see-the-interview-in-theaters?bffb&utm_term=4ldqpgp#.wi91Bmd2l
No. Sony are not going to leak their employee SS# and other confidential emails, and racist conversations from its CEO, work with the FBI, and North Korea and US government to just market a movie...
i liked reddits response. people were purchasing the film just for the sake of investing in what could be a digital-release future.
Did anybody actually watch it yet? The controversy and ban was the best possible thing that could have happened marketing wise, the movie was terrible.
