that i don't know the difference between 2 languages i've never learnt and hardly ever heard? Really sad
Beck-Guero Jack Johnson-In Between Dreams The Postal Service-We Will Become Silhouettes All 3 of these artists aren't exactly my type, with the music genre and all, but they've got some really great songs compared to some other releases so far this year.
All you need to do is look at it to tell the difference. As for me, I'd have to say that Frances the Mute is the best purchase I've made this year.
Updated list: 01. Trivium - Ascendancy (I swear, something else has to be massive for it to top this) 02. TRUSTcompany - True Parallels 03. Theory of a Deadman - Gasoline
Roots Manuva - Awfully Deep Cameron, no one has actually said that any album yet to be released is the best release of 2005.
Tralalalala. [/b][/quote] Yeah, uh, I know I'm not Super-Smart© like you are Cameron, but from what I read and see, Link there was just saying that he believes those two will be his favorites. Key word being believes, which isn't the same as clearly stating a as-of-now unreleased record is the Best Album of 2005.
Im going to add Lullabies to Paralyze by Queens of the Stoneage to my list and just for added effect. PWNED.
The only album that I've listened to that came out in 2005 was Black Label Society's Mafia, and it was really good. So, I'll pick that so far, more to come. Black Label Society's Mafia
Now... 1. Adema: "Planets" 2. VoKEE: "Pre-Motional Songs" 3. TRUSTcompany: "True Parrallels" Don't expect TRUSTco to be on it for long, though... it was another letdown, IMO (just my opinion).
Although they aren't out yet, but I have heard them I wold have to say its a toss up between TRUSTcompany- True Papallels, and QotSA- Lullabies to Paralyze.
