L = location. I'd think God is more like a being, than a "he" or "she". Omniscient, omnipresent, omnipenis.
ooop s sorry about the L... B)
True, I haven't seen God himself [no one has], but I've seen the effects that he's had on people.
so have I.... terrorists that claim god told them to do it murderers that claim god told them to do it
so have I.... terrorists that claim god told them to do it murderers that claim god told them to do it
don't think that is a valid example of God's effect on humans though... yeah.... but it does affect your personality heaps and how you act. it's mad. ,,,,... i mean mad in a good way
so have I.... terrorists that claim god told them to do it murderers that claim god told them to do it
That is so true.

Last time I checked, blowing stuff up with hundreds of people in them wasn't good. Because of that, you know, little thing called "dying." Other words like, "death," "killed," and many others can describe that, too...

no i meant that in a good way. like murdurers changing into good people. they have a change of personality. but when murdurers and terrorists CLAIM that God told them to do something is just a sickening thing to say. cos he didn't. and that is just a wrong thing to do - and say that God told you to kill someone. i think it's wrong in any community. i was meaning it in the other way, how it affects you in a good way.

Do you really know if they claim it or not? I'm sure it works the same way with you. Let's say you wait until marriage to have sex. That's some Christian belief isn't it? Well, I could claim that the way of God isn't telling you to do that. An act can be influenced like anything else, so why should God really be any different? As for change, I've rarely seen rapists or those who've commited crimes change. I live in that kind of place. I see the same guys getting picked up for the same crap over and over again, and yes, I know some of them are Christian, or they're just insane, but they still give praise to God (between drunken mutters) so I can't really see where you're coming from. If you kill a man, believing in God makes it better? So if I kill my neighbor, and then go to jail for a few years, can I go back to the neighbor's family saying they shouldn't be mad at me because I believe in God now? What if I were believing in God when I commited the crime? That doesn't make sense... Well, it does, but it's not very logical.
Todd-Bot can not compute. todd-bot better be able to compute, I've got an algebra test tomorrow
I have 2 tests this week in Algebra. I hate math.

i never said just believing and that;s it, because it would be very hypocritical. acutually believing the God can help you, having faith in him and showing by your ACTIIONS that you really want to live by his standards and by his ways. and you sincerley repent and acknowledge that what you've done is wrong. yes, it's true that you say it does not happen often and that is really sad.
