Thanks. I loved watching this, my only beef was they edited out some of the words out, especially during Chester's speech, which kinda pissed me off. Oh well, it was still touching, though I'm wondering in what context he was saying it.

Wow. A lot of tension in that documentary, for a minute I thought they were going to say that they would break-up :O
But as we know, they are still going strong and hopefully they will continue doing what they do best :D
Chester's speech was amazing! Only thing there was way too much effects and glitches.

Well I think the edits were more there for censors than anything, I think he dropped a name and some other confidential stuff that we're not meant to hear. They censored a few things earlier too.

All in all a nice documentary, I liked the Minutes to Midnight one better, but this one showed a little more of the stress that goes into making a record like this, which was very cool.

I love that Chester said what he said at the end as the voice of reason. I've been saying basically what he said there since hearing the record, and am glad that they realise it because it's the only way they'll go on to write an album that isn't forced or pushed.

Just in case you guys haven't noticed (some of us have discussed this at length): Spoilers abound, highlight the below blank space to read my words.

The last part at the end, that wasn't just a speech by Chester. The band was seriously considering breaking up because of the label restrictions and pressure. The band wouldn't be so morose and serious about not meeting a deadline. Mike's question wasn't about the time they have left making the album. It was the time they had LEFT. They came THAT close to not being a band anymore.

They aren't going to break up anytime soon. They succeeded in what they sought out to do.

If Linkin Park were to break up, there'd be snow in Hell, peace on Earth, pigs flying, and we'd all own jetpacks. I REALLY dont see any of these things happening. (Especially LP breaking up)

So that blurred out shit that happened before the Chester talk was probably a representation of how they felt when "people" were trying to force that radio friendly sound upon them. You can hear alot of FUCKS and Mike saying that he wrote 4 demos and nothing clicked for him and that leads into Chester's talk
