Pretty much ridiculous.

I guess if SOPA goes into place, the LPA can't allow people to post videos of concerts, and also it'd be hard to post Linkin Park news with images or anything that's copyrighted without permission from Time Warner. Maybe I'm wrong on that front, but going after someone who embedded a video, that they do not themselves host to a blog is beyond stupid.
