This is the silliest question I've ever read. You're asking if a big-name superhero dies. In a comic book. Think about what you've just asked. No superhero really "dies" permanently in a comic book. And to answer your question, no. Be more sensible. If Bruce Wayne was killed by Bane, there'd be no more Batman comics. So yeah, no. The dude needs to quit smoking a bit.
Clearly there would be no possible way for a fictional superhero to be brought back to life. That probably has never happened before. There's also no possible way for somebody else to take the helm. Green Lantern was always the same person and never died. Ever. I don't know much of anything about the Batman comics, but I brought up a valid point. Your attempt at being a tough guy doesn't make my question any less logical. Stuff like that does happen in the comics. Obviously it's not a dumb question no matter how much sass you put in that post.
I'm glad at the news of no Riddler. I was never a huge fan of him as a villain, and imo too similar to the Joker. I know, I know, shoot me.
haha nice! I was gonna bump this thread myself after hearing the latest TDKR casting new! I know some people are a little bit dissapointed by choices, but I'M very Impressed. Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle? yes please! But what got me pumped was TOM HARDY as BANE! Who saw that coming!? Minus will have a field day! IMO he's perfection for the role, I mean take a look: I completly forgot the dude played none other than Charles Bronson. He is BANE!
There are now rumors that Robin Williams is casted as Hugo Strange in The Dark Knight Rises. http://www.cinemablend.com/new/Robi...-Hugo-Strange-In-Dark-Knight-Rises-22889.html
Unlikely? Batman Begins featured Ra's Al Ghul, Henri Ducard, Scarecrow, Carmine Falcone, and Victor Zasz, with four out of the five villains playing major roles in the film. It'll be interesting to see if we'll be getting a good handful of iconic characters again with The Dark Knight Rises. Hope it works out well if Nolan and crew choose to do so.
http://www.nolanfans.com/2011/02/01/wally-pfister-speaks-about-the-dark-knight-rises/ According to cinematographer of TDKR... we must fasten our seatbelts and prepare for our minds to be blown apart.
Wow, that says it all! He's managed to do it! Write a perfect trilogy! We can only hope the film itself will follow suit - which I'm sure it will. I trust Wally Pfister's words.
I remember either Nolan or Bale saying that robin will never be in one of the new Batman movies. I'm pretty sure Bale said something along the lines of if robin was in the story he would walk out and there would be no movie. this is going back a couple of years, so i dont know if the details are right, but i do remember both of them sayin that Robin has no place in the trilogy. :EDIT: I know you're not supposed to post links here, but I found the story that backs my telling about Bale: http://www.slashfilm.com/christian-bale-rules-out-robin-for-batman-3-and-beyond/
You're not supposed to post links? lol, what? Of course you can post links. You're not allowed to post links to illegal downloads or porn and that sort of stuff but what makes you think you can't post links in general? If people couldn't post links this forum would be a pretty shit and uninteresting place.
