    It's Goin' Down has a sample of the 'hip-hop heads' vocal. Remember, Dedicated was recorded about four or five years before.

    No, that's just because some dumbass heard it and was like "WHERES CHESTAR? DIS MUST BE FM LAWLZ" :lol:

    It's on the LPU 2.0 CD, which was released in 2002, and the song was originally recorded in 1999. Chester's actually in the song, he doesn't sing any words but he does a lot of oohs and ahhs in the background. He's even credited as helping write the song in the album notes.
