Similar Songs

It has a very Paul McCartney type vibe, but I don't think I would say it sounds that similar to any of his songs in particular.

Then again, so does WFTE and that's probably the reason I named those two songs in the first place.

 

I always thought that WFTE had similar vibe to Jay-Z's Empire State of Mind

 

the intro of carousel and when they come for me is not similar but the type of vocals are a bit similar

 

It's really easy to sing the "na-na-na" chorus from "Hey Jude" over the chorus of "One Day Like This." The chord progression is the same, although I think the key is different. It's also similar in how the pop first half gives way to the chanted chorus second half that just goes...and goes...and goes.

Anyways, When They Come For Me made me instantly think of Perfect Situation be Weezer and Where Is Everybody? by Nine Inch Nails. Wretches and Kings also reminded me of WIE?.

guys i dont study music so u can compare keys/notes/shits in peace cuz i wont argue with u , but listening and comparing the song they aren't similar so shut the hell up and enjoy it XD
