I want Mike to sing agressively. Really curious how that would sound like. Y'know, have the back and forth thing between Chester and Mike but in agressive vocals (singing vocals). 'Twould be awesome imo AND it would be something different.
Yeah or like in a bridge, Chester does agressive vocals, Mike does agressive vocals and so on. A live performance of By Myself (I think it was By Myself) made me think about this actually. At the end of the bridge, Mike ended with this really raw, agressive voice. Almost sounded like a little scream to me.
This is my opinion: Mike's rapping is just too awesome, they need more rapping. and rapping does not mean nu metal, you can have chester singing and mike rapping while sstill being experimental which is what I want
I hadn't thought about it but I wouldn't mind if he sang more if the songs fit his vocal range. You know like No Roads Left, the little I could hear from Chester, I knew Mike's version was better. I'm not asking for another NRL type of song but the kind of singing he does in the chorus, and I've love to hear how it would combine with Chester. I didn't vote because I'm indifferent on that I would like him to sing as long as it doesn't dramatically affect the rapping presence on the albums.
No, to me he's better at backing up Chester's singing. I mean, I wouldn't mind if he did sing main vocals as long as he could sing whatever he's signing live. Sometimes when he sings he sounds a little unconfident, he doesn't sound strong (In Between). Recently, (2011) I didn't hear that much of an issue but it has been an issue in the past. Just my two cents.
I wanna hear more of his voice that he did from No Roads Left, The end of Blackout, the end of The Little Things Give You Away etc.

About my problem: No seriously, the problem is the fact Linkin Park release new records every 2/3/4 years. So an album with Mike as a "lead vocalist" would make the wait for a LP album with a lot of Chester much longer. Something like 6 or 7 years. I hope you get my point I would like an album with lot of Mike's vocals, but as a solo record as it wouldn't make me wait forever for a new LP record with their usual vocal styles. Also, I kind of agree with Shinoda being more haunting than Chester at times.
