yeah it could just be a choice thing. But it could also be hard for the other members to play OML songs. Remember the rest of the band wasn't on the post traumatic tour and if any of the other band members find it too hard to play OML songs I doubt Mike would force them to play OML songs.
Theres some instances where I wish Emily would just sing instead of trying to mimic Chester's screaming/singing (he dubbed it 'scringing'). Take the LPU for example, during I think it was Lying From You, she was doing this during the chorus. I think it would sound better. Chester wasn't perfect live, either, especially near the end. It still sounds great though and the new songs built around her will be even better.
Hello everyone, this is my first post on this site. Just want to say that i am really excited for all that is happening right now with LP, i have been a fan since HT. I was lucky to see the band live a few times with Chester and those are my favourite concerts that i ever attended. I can't wait to hear what the new album sounds like and to hopefully see them live next year. I think that Emily is really a great singer and i'm glad that the boys are back in the game, happy for Brad being involved in the band even if he is not touring, and also wish Rob the best whatever he is doing in his life. And kinda off topic for this post, have you guys seen all the hate towards Emily and the rest of the band for the Scientology things and everything else. I'm afraid because of the OML era when media was really harsh on the band and we all unfortunetly know how that ended. This kinda feels worse for me and it only just started. Anyway thanks for reading and hope we all enjoy the return and the future of Linkin Park

Nice. Was it hard to get tickets for the other shows as well? With LPU passport plus it was a mess for me, no tickets for Hamburg :-(

As a Keys to the Kingdom stan, my heart is so full. Ten long years later it's how I always dreamed it sounding. As a side note, after Given Up, I was hoping to hear a comment like "how the fuck did he do this every night?" because while she did an admirable job, Chester is still king of that bridge. Overall I think Zane said it best in his interview. When Emily sings, I can close my eyes and hear Chester. She channels his spirit in her voice.
One of the formative memories of my life is genuinely the listening party here on LPA on THP's release, listening to KttK for the first time. It was such a great moment seeing the shoutbox going wild. I love KttK as a song, but I think it'll always hold an extra special place in my heart because of the context of my first listen.
