The thing that got me the most was the fact that it's actually NOT an 8 minute song, but a 5 minute song with 3 minutes of ambiance. Brilliant.

I really liked it. That guitar solo though, sweet. Really liked the vocals and the sound of the whole song. 8/10

What is it with you? Everything is either too jazzy, or to blusey. Most people wouldn't seen those as a downside.

I'm very picky about the way those two are incorporated into music (although that song was just straight blues). Most of the time if like something with those elements, it's kind of despite those elements. I love Hendrix, Red House is a personal favorite, but it's kind of despite the blues. Townsend has a lot of jazzy guitar elements he picked up from Vai. I love him kind of despite that. Idk, it's weird. What do you want from me! I just want a fuck ton of Satan in my music!
