God, I wish I knew how to cut pictures in Photoshop

 

Yeah, Photoshop isn't very handy for cutting.

 

You just want something cut out of a picture?

 

I just want a person cut out of a picture

 

I could cut them out but not without removing the background. I used to know someone that could do that.

Nah, it's ok man.

 

You could use the Clone Stamp Tool for that but it's kind of impossible when it's a large part of the background that needs to be replaced.

Or you cut take another picture of that same place and paste them together but that's just a stupid idea. XD
