I've gained 10 pounds since I started track (which I guess means I gained 10 pounds in muscle weight, because track is way too rigorous and my diet is way too selective for me to be putting on fat). I weigh more than 120 pounds for the first time in my life.
Bruh, you're 18 and weigh about 120 pounds? Dude wtf, you either need to grow more or eat more. Or both. But it's not the whole weight issue, cause my weight always bounces back and fourth in between 140-150 pounds (which isn't that bad for being 6ft), but it's more body fat I want to lose. I'm not even that fat, it just bothers me, idk. I'm self-conscious about that kind of stuff. But hey, I'm doing track this year too!
I weigh 130 now. And it's right around average. I'm 5'6" and an athlete, and I am very conscientious about my diet. I don't need to gain any weight.
Yeah I was conscious about my diet and fitness especially during the summer leading up to tryputs for soccer but after the season ending I didn't keep up. I need to get back to running.
Why do people always come to me for advice? I'm like the last person I'd go to for advice if I were someone else...
Ughhhh I hate how strict her dad is. Oh well, I just have to live with it and keep my opinions to myself.
