Read up on diet and supplementation, and find a workout program you think is right for you and that you can stand by. It's more than a few months work but it pays off so well. You'll make mistakes at first and learn a lot along the way. Fuck everyone else at the gym and what they're doing. Focus 100% on yourself. May sound preachy or whatever, but it's what I try to do and I feel 10x better than I did a year ago.
There hasn't been a post here since September 2018. Woah. Anyway, I hate February. For the last 5 or 6 years, I've gotten sick in the first few weeks. With me permanently losing my taste circa Feb 13. 2014. Fuck Feburary. (Yeah, I am sick right now. Vomiting all night long. Yay!)
