I pissed off my aunt while not really meaning it, and she stormed off before I could say anything. I thought grown ups are supposed to be mature. Ugh, now either she won't talk to me or I'll have a big lecture from about five different people.

So I have this group of 4-5 guys that I'm really close with. Today, one of them comes and says he was at a party this weekend and that he "found the perfect girl". So we're all eagerly anticipating the details, and he says she's pretty, nice, loves rock and metal, wants to learn how to play guitar and so on... Truly, she is perfect for him, and by extension - I probably wouldn't mind this girl either. Our logical next question is what's her name, so we can all nicely stalk her on Facebook. He doesn't remember the surname, but she added him on Facebook, so it shouldn't be too hard to find her. And he does. He shows us her profile and at that very second one of the other guys in the group bursts into laughter and begins walking away. So we're all wondering what the hell? He comes back after a minute of hardly breathing from laughing and says "I thought this might be the case. That's my ex." We all proceed yelling, laughing and mocking the guy who "found the perfect girl". So after the 5 minutes of fucking arond are done, we begin to discuss whether he could or could not actually date this girl. The guy whose ex this is gives the green light, as he "never really cared for her that much", but the friend who just went out with her is still not convinced.

So we do what every sane group of bros should do. We get together and read the Bro Code. And just as we all expected, rule 63 explicitly states "No sex with your bro's ex. It is never ever permissible for a bro to sleep with his bro's ex." Teasing and mocking commences again, as the dude sadly starts denying the existance of this girl, and their meeting ever happening. So, sadly for him, he's gonna stay single for a while, but a win for the group as we noticed we respect some 99% of the Bro Code.
